I DO NOT write reviews. But Ricardo, I can tell he is a community man. Helped me out when I locked myself out of my truck. They take card payments, $75. Tried to pay in cash so I could tip but couldn't find it in time, man had to go. Couldn't get the card tip feature figured out so off Ricardo went. Good man.
I just bought a car and had the bad luck of having a faulty key fob. Attempted to program it but it turns out to be emitting the wrong frequency. They went out of their way to research which ID number to purchase another fob. That's what I like to call excellent customer service!
Quick and fast, called in the morning and the representative had told me he'd be able to be there by later that day, expected around 5pm and he made it to me by lunch time. Made me 2 sets of keys and charged me what I think was a reasonable fee ($150).
They were super fast and friendly. Made me an extra valet key for my car in less than 5 minutes. Better to call ahead first to see if they can do same day
Ricardo was a life saver when my key fob stopped working. He made the trip to Temple and helped me fix my fob, and ordered me a back up.
When my car needed a jump he went to get the service van and came back just to jump me. He was so kind and was genuinely happy to help. I’ll be calling him any time I need a locksmith!
