Since we were moving here for my residency program, we were under a time crunch and he managed to get us viable options within our price range (and desired location) very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that we had placed earnest money on a house within the span of a few days! It was one less thing to worry about knowing that we had a home lined up for when we moved our family here.
