5 months agoAmazing! My new favorite brunch spot. Waffles are out of this world and pare well with the savory food options. I will definitely be back to try a dessert waffle. I had a breakfast sandwich with waffle for bread. The potatoes were well seasoned. The restaurant itself is clean and fresh feeling. This is perhaps my favorite spot in Belton now!

4 months agoMy sister and I shared a veggie omelet, strawberries and cream waffles, and bourbon bacon. Every single bite was delicious! The atmosphere was fun and the staff was very friendly. We are first time customers but will definitely return.

a month agoGreat little quaint breakfast place. Wait time may be long but if you add yourself to the waitlist before heading out it cuts the time. The atmosphere is worth the wait and so is the food. Friendly staff.

a month agoFirst time eating here and we went on a Friday around lunch time. There was no wait and got seated fast since there wasn’t many people at the time. Ordered a pancake that was still raw inside, I really don’t see how that can happen, we also had a waffle that was so hard and dry we didn’t even eat it. We waited over 25 minutes for the food and it was not that good. I only visited this establishment because it was part of the Hilton dining club but I am very disappointed.

a month ago1st time visiting, was super stoked because of the hype and wasn't able to get in the last time I was in town. I knew about the seating time wait, but when there is a wait on top of the wait, that is concerning. And then to be told they've run out of ice ("as they usually do during this time") that was another hit and then their version of eggs benedict, with every egg option BUT poached, was strike two (not disclosed on the menu) but when you already know your food wait time could potentially be another hour, I settled and didn't bother looking at other options because I was hungry. Ordered the Jalapeno Chorizo Balls, that lacked jalapeno and chorizo. Received my Cajun Eggs Benedict with over easy eggs (poached unavailable) and it was ruined by a sweet waffle. I wanted a savory brunch, and the waffle ruined it. Saving grace, could have been the waffle bites (lemon blueberry, strawberry and cream, and chai glaze) but they were dry and chewy. Maybe next time folks, but today was not worth the drive from Copperas Cove/Kempner. If you have limitations due to historic preservation, try limiting your capacity and menu to serve a more intimate and attentive environment.
