The building & surrounding area are very cute. I was pretty disappointed with the avocado toast. The avocado was horribly under-seasoned. The waffles were very tasty, but pretty dense. The variety of waffles was great! Would definitely recommend the cinnamon one. The frosting on top was buttery & delicious. Also, the chocolate hazelnut one was so good. Overall, it was a pretty nice experience.

She was not only polite but also insightful with her recommendations, ensuring our experience was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this delightful spot!

Had an amazing experience today with such delicious food & can’t forget the yummy mimosas! We had roughly 18 wives and kids in our party. All of our husbands were on a deployment, so the waitstaff made sure we enjoyed our brunch! Rob was our server and he was phenomenal! He was so patient (having 11 kids & babies total) & made sure we had everything we needed. He was very genuine and treated us like people, and not just a customer. Management, hostess, and busboys were super friendly too! Food was absolutely amazing! The restaurant itself is so cute & clean inside. 10/10 would recommend.

Grits fritters are amazing! This restaurant is one of my favorites! The servers are amazing. Such a gem! Try it out you won’t be disappointed.

Water street has been on our radar for months but the wait time always stopped us from going. Today we put our name on the waitlist early and it was about an hour and 45 minute wait. Well worth it, we split a cinnamon waffle and the pulled pork skillet. Great portion sizes, great flavors and reasonable prices. We will be back!
